Elizabeth A. Mittendorf, MD, PhD and Norman E. "Ned" Sharpless, MD will present the plenary lectures at the 2020 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium^® Dec. 8-12 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Mittendorf of Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston will present, "Local Regional Management Following Neoadjuvant Therapy: Minding the Knowledge Gaps." Her presentation is sponsored by SABCS and the Society for Surgical Oncology.

Sharpless, director of the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, will present, "Is There a Future for Cooperative Group Trials?"
