Credit where credit is due

As in previous years, attendees of the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® (SABCS®) can receive continuing education credit.

The Joe R. Teresa Lozano Long San Antonio School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Long School of Medicine designates this live activity up to a maximum of 41.50 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts certificates of attendance for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME. Healthcare professionals receiving a certificate of attendance should consult their licensing board for information on applicability and acceptance.

    • @Anna Litvak: The deadline for online completion of the SABCS session evaluations, ABIM MOC responses and to obtain a CME Certificate or Certificate of Attendance online was Jan. 31, 2020 by 11:59 pm CT. Beginning Feb. 1, for all continuing medical education including ABIM MOC credit questions and copies of certificates, please contact UT Health San Antonio Continuing Medical Education at cme@uthscsa.edu or call 210-567-4491.
