Less than 12 weeks since the end of the 41st annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium®, the “windows” have opened for abstracts, registration and hotel reservations for SABCS® 2019, Dec. 10-14 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
A long lead time is necessary to prepare for the leading scientific conference in the ongoing fight against breast cancer and premalignant breast disease. Research must be conducted. Abstracts must be prepared. Travel plans must be made.
Abstract authors have more than 100 subjects to choose from for their submissions. Categories include detection and diagnosis; tumor cell and molecular biology; prognosis and predictive factors; pathology; epidemiology, risk and prevention; psychosocial, quality of life, and educational aspects; treatment; radiation and surgical oncology, translational research, and ongoing clinical trials.
More than 90 abstract reviewers from across the globe will evaluate and score nearly 2,000 submissions to ensure the selected abstracts add to the scientific content and educational value of the meeting.
Abstracts must be written in English and submitted online. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted. There is no limit to the number of authors listed on an abstract. Additional information on abstract topics, guidelines and fees is available at this link.
