SABCS® Registration

Online registration will reopen on Sunday, December 5

Instructions on how to access the 2021 SABCS virtual platform, including the link, log in, and password, will be sent to registered attendees in their Know Before you Go email on December 6.

The 2021 SABCS offers attendees the unique opportunity to participate in-person in San Antonio, or virtually. The new meeting model will cater to both onsite and virtual meeting attendees. For those attending in-person, SABCS is committed to attendees' safety and will adhere to CDC's safety guidelines and protocols; please click here for further information. Onsite registration includes access to the virtual meeting also.

Mandatory masks and COVID-19 rapid check verifications may be required prior to joining the conference. For attendees who are not able to travel, a virtual option is available.

UT Health continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our priority is always on the health and safety of our community.

Several unauthorized companies are reaching out to attendees of the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium offering assistance with registration. Their websites are designed to look official and claim to offer discounted rates. The only official website for the 2021 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium is www.sabcs.org. SABCS does not call to solicit registrations or housing.  PLEASE NOTE: SABCS DOES NOT charge service fees, tax or VAT on registration.

The request for a Welcome Letter is part of the registration process, please indicate on your registration form that you require a Welcome Letter. Individuals who require an entry visa should register, pay and request their Welcome Letter well in advance of the symposium to allow sufficient time to complete the application process.

Welcome Letters will be sent electronically as a pdf file. An original signed paper copy of a Welcome Letter may be requested and will be sent by airmail unless an express mail account number is provided. We regret that current postal services prevent us from mailing letters to Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. We do not mail Welcome Letters directly to Embassies or US addresses. Please allow 7-10 U.S. business days for processing requests. SABCS is not able to contact Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry into the United States to attend the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.
